All orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and official holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier backlog, holidays or force‑majeure situations.

We offer worldwide shipping service.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking number to monitor your shipment online.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated and shown at checkout, based on shipping destination and total order weight. Free‑shipping promotions may apply occasionally according to store campaigns.

For international orders: All import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are not covered by our store. Please check local customs regulations before purchase. We cannot issue refunds for parcels refused due to customs charges.

Please track your package status closely. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your goods, please contact us within 14 days of delivered status. We will assist you to submit claim to shipping carrier.

If you receive damaged items, please send clear photos of outer package and defective goods to us within 7 days upon delivery for further support.

Double‑check your shipping address before payment. If you need to update address after placing order, contact us as soon as possible. Address change cannot be guaranteed once parcel has been shipped out.
